What we collect and why
Enquiry forms
When you complete the contact form or the “Express interest” form we collect your full name, phone number, email address and the project you are interested in.
Purpose: to answer your enquiry and inform you about availability, floor plans and prices.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox before submission.
Where it goes: your message is sent by email to info@gmmessinia.com. It is not stored in the website’s database.
Usage data
We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, where visitors come from, which properties attract interest.
Data is collected in aggregate: pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate region and traffic source. IP addresses are anonymised by Google Analytics 4 and are not stored.
Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie panel. You may refuse or withdraw it at any time, as described under Cookies below.
Security data
The site is protected by Wordfence, which logs IP addresses and requests in order to detect and block malicious activity.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What we do not do
- We operate no online shop and accept no payments through this site.
- There is no user registration and there are no visitor accounts.
- Comments are disabled.
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies
When you first visit the site, a consent panel asks which categories you allow. Statistics cookies are placed only after you allow them.

Who we share data with
- Hosting provider — the website’s servers are located in Greece.
- Email service provider — for delivery of the messages sent through our forms.
- Google Ireland Limited — for Analytics and Tag Manager. Data may be transferred outside the EEA under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not share data with any other third party unless required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
- Form messages: for the duration of our correspondence and a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can respond to a follow-up enquiry. Deleted earlier on request.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Security logs: a limited period, as needed to detect and block attacks.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Security
The site runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is protected by an application firewall.
Minors
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of this page, and any material change will be clearly announced on the site.
